Godrej Florenne Construction Status

Main build work has not started as of 25 August 2026. The project still sits at the pre-launch stage, with Expressions of Interest open before the formal launch. Real site work should pick up once RERA clears the project and it moves past its 6 October 2026 launch date.

Do not trust a broad line like "construction in progress" on its own. A real update should show dated photos of digging, footing work or wall work. It should also name Godrej Florenne and the exact block under work.

Ground work always comes before any wall or roof goes up. This stage covers site clearing, boundary marks, site roads and digging for footings. Godrej Florenne is a low-rise rowhouse project, not a tower block. So footing work across 242 homes will take real time on its own.

Once footings are done, the site will move into wall work for each G+2 or G+3 home. Roof and terrace work will follow, built to the rowhouse design. Since work spreads across 20 acres, do not expect one tall structure to rise. Expect several zones to move ahead side by side instead.

Godrej Florenne is still waiting for its Karnataka RERA number. That certificate will fix the land area, the count of approved homes, unit-wise carpet area and the legal handover date.

Until that number is out, no other RERA record should stand in as proof for Florenne. This holds even if it belongs to another Godrej project in Bengaluru. Each rowhouse project needs its own approval. The facts on that certificate should match what the sales team tells you at booking.

The launch date is 6 October 2026. Handover is set for December 2030. That gives the project close to four years from launch to keys in hand.

Once site work starts, track the build through these broad stages.

• Footing work across the rowhouse blocks
• Wall work for G+2 and G+3 homes
• Roof, terrace and outer wall work
• Wiring, plumbing and fire safety work
• Garden work for private and shared green space
• Clubhouse, pool and other shared spaces

• Final finish, testing and handover

A good update names the exact block and states the stage reached, such as footing, wall or finishing work. A soft line like "on schedule" tells you very little on its own.

Once RERA clears the project, match any site update against the build steps filed in that record. Dated photos, taken on a site visit or shared by the sales team, show real change from digging to wall work to finishing. That is far more useful than a brochure render.

The planned handover date is December 2030, based on the current pre-launch schedule. Check this date again once the Karnataka RERA certificate is out, since the final date can shift a little from the pre-launch figure.

Handover means more than finished walls and roofs. Roads, water, power backup, security systems, the clubhouse and other shared spaces must all work before the keys can change hands.
