Godrej Florenne Construction Status

Main construction starts on 15 October 2026, in line with the RERA schedule for foundation work. Both phases are RERA registered, and the launch is on 20 September 2026. Site clearing and levelling are already done, as the 7 August 2026 site photos show.

Do not trust a broad line like "construction in progress" on its own. A real update should show dated photos of digging, footing work or wall work. It should also name Godrej Florenne and the exact block under work.

These GPS-stamped photos were taken on the Godrej Florenne site on 7 August 2026. They show the land cleared and levelled, the metal boundary hoarding in place and a graded access road, with no foundation work started yet. RERA schedules foundation work from 15 October 2026.

Ground work always comes before any wall or roof goes up. This stage covers site clearing, boundary marks, site roads and digging for footings. Godrej Florenne is a low-rise rowhouse project, not a tower block. So footing work across 218 homes will take real time on its own.

Once footings are done, the site will move into wall work for each G+3 home. Roof and terrace work will follow, built to the rowhouse design. Since work spreads across 20 acres, do not expect one tall structure to rise. Expect several zones to move ahead side by side instead.

Godrej Florenne holds two Karnataka RERA numbers, one for each phase. That certificate will fix the land area, the count of approved homes, unit-wise carpet area and the legal handover date.

Only the two Florenne numbers, PR/150926/008942 and PR/150926/008943, count as proof for this project. No other RERA record should stand in, even if it belongs to another Godrej project in Bengaluru. Each rowhouse project needs its own approval. The facts on that certificate should match what the sales team tells you at booking.

The launch date is 20 September 2026. Handover is set for October 2030 for Phase 1 and October 2031 for Phase 2. That gives the project close to four years from launch to keys in hand.

Once site work starts, track the build through these broad stages.

• Site clearing and digging
• Footing work across the rowhouse blocks
• Wall work for the G+3 homes
• Roof, terrace and outer wall work
• Wiring, plumbing and fire safety work
• Garden work for private and shared green space
• Clubhouse, pool and other shared spaces
• Site roads and water and power lines
• Final finish, testing and handover

A good update names the exact block and states the stage reached, such as footing, wall or finishing work. A soft line like "on schedule" tells you very little on its own.

Match any site update against the build steps filed in the RERA record, which runs from the start of construction on 15 October 2026 through to completion. Dated photos, taken on a site visit or shared by the sales team, show real change from digging to wall work to finishing. That is far more useful than a brochure render.

The planned handover is 8 October 2030 for Phase 1 and 8 October 2031 for Phase 2. These dates are now on the Karnataka RERA record and the developer is accountable to them.

Handover means more than finished walls and roofs. Roads, water, power backup, security systems, the clubhouse and other shared spaces must all work before the keys can change hands.

Godrej Florenne's launch is on 20 September 2026, five days after RERA registration was granted. The planned handover is October 2030 for Phase 1 and October 2031 for Phase 2. Main construction starts on 15 October 2026. The model rowhouse and experience centre open with the launch on 20 September 2026.
