Who is the Promoter for Godrej Florenne?

You will need the CIN and GSTIN when your lawyer or bank runs checks on the seller.

Section 2(zk) of the RERA Act names the promoter as the firm that builds and sells the homes. The promoter carries every legal duty in the project, from permits and fund use to the final handover.

In a joint deal with a land owner, that owner can also count as a co-promoter. At Godrej Florenne, the K-RERA page lists no co-promoter, so every duty rests with Godrej alone.

That gives you one clear party to deal with, from your first payment until you get your keys.

Gaurav Pandey leads Godrej Properties as its MD and CEO, as per the K-RERA record. Pirojsha Adi Godrej sits on the board as an executive director, and five independent directors complete the board.

For this project, Abhishek Kalro serves as project head and signs key papers for the company. The board gave him this power through a resolution, which K-RERA holds as Annexure 5.

Godrej has filed 16 projects with K-RERA since 2019, and Godrej Florenne Phase I adds one more. These projects spread across Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, Hoskote, Thanisandra and Yeshwanthpur.

Godrej Parkshire, approved in January 2026, also sits in Hosakote Taluk, the same taluk as Godrej Florenne. So the promoter already knows the local approval process in this part of East Bengaluru.

The RERA Act puts clear duties on Godrej as the promoter of this project.

• It must finish Phase 1 by 30 September 2030, or pay you interest for each month of delay.
• It must keep at least 70% of your payments in the HDFC escrow account for this project.
• It must post fresh progress updates on the K-RERA portal every three months.
• It cannot take more than 10% of the price before you sign a registered agreement.
• It must fix any flaws in the structure that you report within five years, at no cost.

Sections 13, 14 and 18 of the RERA Act set out these duties, and K-RERA can enforce them.

The promoter decides who you sign with, who you pay and who you hold to account. A listed promoter shares its results every quarter, which gives you public data on how the firm is doing.

Godrej owns the land and runs the escrow, so you deal with one firm from start to end. Even so, read the agreement closely and check each clause with your lawyer.
